  Responsible for the coordination of the entire development and production process of client products throughout the complete product life cycle, including managing the critical path and attending weekly product schedule updates with company director whilst managing the client budget throughout the entire process. I plan and book capacity for upcoming sampling and production PO's both in house and with external partner factories in Europe. I meet with clients, attend regular fit sessions and am involved in the technical design process from sketch to finished product, whilst coordinating sourcing briefs with suppliers, managing supplier timelines and ensuring that all projects are met to achieve a timely delivery. I go out of my way in keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes, which helps when creating tech packs, for sample development and production both in house and for external partner factories, providing technical guidance regarding fabrics, construction and fit.Daily Duties include:• Trend research• Inspiration trips including trade shows• Design• Hand sketching, illustration + CAD• Spec sheets, tech packs and sourcing• Production planning and management• Working with factories overseas• Leading fit sessions• Pattern cutting• Grade training• Quality control• Managing client budgets• Managing the critical path for all clients• Social media building• Assisting in the development of a new sister company• Building a new custom website• Pitching to new clients
