Tyler's ability to craft a message and ask really good questions sets him apart. With prospects/customers he has an ability to get to their greatest need and provide a solution for them, as a manager he is able to draw out the full potential from his team, and in operations his ability to find the answer to why helps him solve difficult problems with efficiency. He might have an identical twin I don't know about too because his ability to get massive amounts of work done in a short period of time is astounding. His list of attributes is long so here is the condensed version: trustworthy, flexible, accommodating, team player, self-motivated, hustler, leader, observant, intuitive, universally liked, systems oriented, tactful, organized, focused, hard working, never quitting, puts in the extra effort and spends the time to strategize so that his efforts are more greatly rewarded. I would recommend Tyler for any sales, operations, or leadership role and I would love to work with Tyler again in the future.

Tyler is an all around team player. He is coachable, exuberant and celebrates the success of others. His thirst for knowledge and willingness to invite feedback is impressive and what makes him such a valuable asset. I would recommend Tyler to any organization focused on growth and development.

I was hired as an outside salesman to fill the role of a retiring employee at CED’s elevator supply division. Before taking over the 78 established accounts, I added 44 new accounts for a new location in Texas. Eventually, I took over the 78 accounts and developed new relationships. During this time, I also created a projects department to handle long-term elevator construction and modernization projects. I trained and set up processes for employees to manage these long-term elevator projects. - Managed 78 existing accounts with monthly sales of $500,000 (Location’s monthly sales were $1,000,000) - Over 1 year, established 44 new accounts and grew sales to $200,000 per month. A 200% increase. (Texas location) - Developed and implemented a go-to-market strategy for a new product line. Grew to $40,000 in monthly sales within 6 months - Created a department to manage long term projects Show less
