My role as a Client Success Partner (CSP) takes place post the sales cycle of newly subscribed clients. The Client Success stage is a vital phase within the Thryv client journey designed to strategically devise solutions to achieve client’s objectives with Thryv’s SaaS capabilities. The Client Success process takes place following on-boarding, during which the CSP along with the client design and execute effective success plans focused on client objectives. These objectives include customer data & communications centralisation, manual task automation, executing effective marketing plans as well as strengthening & increasing a business’ online presence and reputation. This also includes social content strategy, marketing initiatives & campaigns and app integrations. This role also focuses on identifying, attracting and presenting growth opportunities using add-ons and upgrades. KPIs include feature usage, retention %, and usage frequency.
