I worked with Tai in person. My personal take about Tai is that he is the natural role model in his environment. He's easy to communicate, dedicated, hard working person with great sense of responsibility. He is able to build meaningful relationships in a very short time. He is an excellent team player and adaptible to diverse teams. Tai is a people person with a deep technical mind. He speaks both of the languages of the work life: people language and techies' language. I believe he can excel in either field and would be able to establish a solid bridge in between. He's proven to be able to meet difficult deadlines and divide-conquer humongous tasks. He rises as a leader at times of need and consistently provides solutions to complex problems, sometimes with creative out of the box ideas. One should not hesitate to hire him for any open position he's applying for and put their full trust to his work ethics.

Genuine, generous and efficient is what comes to mind when I think about Tai. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing him years at Vodafone during which he was the Customer Care Manager for the Business Answering and Messaging department. Above all, I am impressed with Tai’s ability to take ownership of an issue from start to finish and that he always customer care at the heart of a solution. And, of course, his natural problem solving and technical ability. Tai would be a true asset for any positions requiring customer service and technical solution and comes with my warm recommendation.
