I managed Kristina directly for several years at Archer Education, as well as having interacting with her frequently before she joined my team. Kristina is an excellent employee who always went the extra mile, and was heavily involved in planning for company events and get togethers. She is reliable and hardworking, and she always puts the needs of her team first. In coming into a new role on my team, it became immediately evident that Kristy had a drive to continue to learn, and to ask questions to inform her decisions and fuel her growth. Her dedication and openness to learn definitely stood out early on, as well as her flexibility in adapting to a new role. As we continued to work together, Kristy's determination and ability to face challenges, as well as begin to conduct training on her own for a new employee really showed her work ethic and ability to train new employees. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated digital marketing manager.

I originally took on Kristy's accounts in 2019, which she made both a thorough and informative transition for the most confident transition process I've been in. She also worked to fully bring me up to speed with the workings of Archer, with a high degree of emotional empathy clear in her work skill set. We worked in adjacent teams later, where she brought laughs to many a team call, keeping things light in particular during times during the early days of COVID. Kristy is a cornerstone to a happy team dynamic.
