In the years since I've met Caitlin, I have been continually inspired by her focus on selfless leadership and giving back to her community. In her very first year as a Fellow, she was tasked with the daunting responsibility of opening a new branch of her company in a city for which they didn't have employees. At MOSourceLink, Caitlin excelled, before returning to serve a school district in her home community in western New York. In our class of 200 fellows, Caitlin has undeniably been among the most committed to the long-term success of all the organizations that she involves herself with, but especially Venture for America. Over the past couple years, she's been one of the primary leaders for VFA's Training Camp, which is pivotal to the fellowship experience. In this role, she has displayed meticulous preparation, excellent communication and accountability, and poise under pressure.
