I had the privilege of working with John for 4 years. John is an incredible colleague and thought partner. He is a relationship-builder and is able to work effectively with just about anyone. His curiosity and thirst for knowledge leads him to constantly bring new ideas and innovation to the work. John Cape is an outstanding educator, leader, colleague and facilitator. I had the tremendous privilege of working with him for nearly three years in my role as Director of the Department of Experiential Education at AJWS. His creativity, commitment to excellence and dedication to AJWS's mission made him an outstanding team member and valued colleague in our shared work to design and implement an initiative to train community leaders to advance global justice. In my close to twenty years in this field, John stands out as one of the highest performing colleagues I have had the opportunity to work with.
