Lisa and I have worked together for several years in the capacity of training delivery. Lisa selected me, through a local school, as an adjunct instructor. The primary focus has been leadership, customer service, and communication. Working with Lisa has been seamless. Lisa is very organized and clear about her expectations. However, even though she is confident in her needs, she remains open to my input and suggestions. She is articulate and professional in her communication. I have not worked with her full-time in an office environment, but I have observed her interactions with the participants in the classroom since she frequently attended the classes as the sponsor. Her interactions are very relaxed and comfortable, as well as polished and professional. She has become a trusted colleague to me.
