I drove a 5% in margin efficiency through our manufacturing and service sites by enhancing operational reporting while placing continuous improvement leaders on strategic operational opportunities. I also worked with the business and developed a continuous improvement training course by using applied learning to the current business opportunities. This training coupled with our team's participation with the operations resulted in over $4M in savings.

I successfully started up of a state of the art service facility in the mining community of Minnesota. I was so proud of our team's efforts to bring such a great operational facility to our customers and our community. I gained an appreciation to the countless details and people's skill sets that are needed to raise a $25M facility. I improved our PL performance through the adoption of lean. I gained an appreciation to the countless details and people's skill sets that are needed to raise a $25M facility. I improved our PL performance through the adoption of lean. Together the teams were empowered to identify waste and improve the flow of product to our customers. We added 35% in capacity and improved our margins by 10%. I worked together to drive long term contracts with our key customers in order to secure our new facility for the future. Together with our sales team and operations we secured over $500M in long term contracts. During this time I led corporate & regional Habitat for Humanity volunteer program. Our employee engagement and participation improved greatly. There are so many benefits that come from the conversations of a president working side by side with a front line worker while framing a home for a community member.

I worked as a group controller overseeing over 10 customer direct service facilities in the US and Canada with $1B in revenue Our first course of business was to improve Life Cycle Management contracts. I worked with our legal department in order to add language that reduced risk in our upcoming contract renewals. We mitigated our risks by making changes to our pricing , component life limitations, exit statements, and warranty. I worked with our legal department in order to add language that reduced risk in our upcoming contract renewals. We mitigated our risks by making changes to our pricing , component life limitations, exit statements, and warranty. When I first started , I noticed how our inventory performance was historically flat. I saw this as a huge opportunity as it was the biggest component of our working capital target. I orchestrated a $40M improvement to inventory by realigning internal talent in the company and applying 80/20 principles with our sales demand. This led to a corporate wide SAP tool that was developed to improve demand data collection. I sat on the Canadian Pension board and worked together with HR to change from a defined contribution plan from a defined benefit plan. I dug into our customer collections process in order to improve cash collections. My experience showed me that past due payments are typically due to processing or quality related issues. We ended up improving our receivables by 20% by applying team based process improvements and communications.
