In first year working at KMI, I achieved 189% YOY net revenue growth, whilst decreasing performance marketing costs by 9% in the UK and 10% in the US. This was achieved through multiple digital marketing tactics employed by the D2C team. A mixture of optimised performance marketing funnels and better website UX/UI resulted in conversion rates by 21% in the UK and 40% in the US YOY. Built out an improved CRM strategy to increase customer returning rate by 11% and 33% in UK and US respectively.Increased Instagram followers by 81% without significant targeted budget for social follower growth while maintaining a above average engagement rate. Launched TikTok and Pinterest brand channels. This resulted in an increase of followers across all channels of 100K+ over a 12 month period.
