My current role at Clear Touch Interactive has evolved with added responsibilities through the years as I have developed the sales and marketing teams. I currently managed a high octane professional sales staff of inside sales, outside sales, implementation specialists, digital sales, business development, marketing, and events. In my capacity, I am also on the executive team responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the organization. I led my team to the Inc 500/5000 the last three years running and we have received dozens of awards for sales and performance. Our current product offerings has recently expanded and include product categories in interactive panels, interactive tables, mounts, stands, integrated PC modules, wireless technology, software suites, dvLED walls, mobile digital signage, hand sanitizer stations, web cameras, document cameras, keyboards, and professional development.

This experience opened my eyes to the manufacturing world as well as import/export. My direct responsibility was the management of a sales team along with a sales territory. My secondary responsibility was product procurement and design. In my time at Classroom Tech, I grew sales over 500% and expanded our brand throughout the US. We manufactured product as well as had a division responsible for resale. Our prominent in house products included projector mounts, tv mounts, amplifiers, speakers, cabling systems, document cameras, and interactive board products. Our resale division also sold brands such as Kaspersky, Viewsonic, Hovercam, Qomo, Vivitek, Teachlogic, Front Row Infocus, Sharp, and more.

Install IT provided installation services and support to integrators and resale partners throughout the southeast for education technology and digital signage products. Many companies preferred not to hire full-time installation technicians and engineers, which is why the outsourced model worked so well. This model of installation services was also preferred by countless school districts to allow for a consistent installation and fair price not linked to the purchase of equipment from a vendor. It also allowed facilities managers to outsource when their schedules were full. This company was sold to Classroom Technology Solutions.

This venture was born out of the need many technology directors communicated regarding professional development, training, and support being quite fractured when they attempted to procure best in class products from multiple suppliers. Without a unifying, common thread in the same integrator/resale partner, they were left to create their own training plans, develop interoperability guides and best practices as well as fend for themselves when there was an identified technical support issue. I developed custom training plans to address these needs and become an embedded third-party consultative partner to assist with navigation through projects and implementations.
