As a group leader, I had the challenging task of coordinating a team of 11 talented and motivated employees across two locations. I not only supervised a workshop, but also established a successful research network to explore the latest technologies and expand our knowledge. By developing existing systems and creating entirely new innovative solutions, I solidified our reputation as pioneers in the industry. I always maintained close contact with equipment manufacturers and companies to explore new business areas and develop innovative ideas. Thanks to interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments in the institute and quick adaptation to new tasks, I was able to achieve success quickly. As deputy group leader for geophysical site characterization, I played a key role in onboarding new employees and demonstrated my skills in processing and submitting tender documents. As project manager for several large-scale industrial projects, I was responsible for organizing offshore operations such as vessel charters, permits, customs & logistics, and resource planning, and ensured effective administrative processes through my leadership and expertise in group finance controlling and procurement.
