  Igeneris Ventures is the Startup Studio of Igeneris. My role as the Head of Igeneris Ventures is to lead the Studio’s strategy and operations to provide investors with an attractive return.Igeneris Ventures ideates, validates ideas, and then recruits founders as business partners to lead the companies. Since we set it up, we have created two ventures that have raised more than €1.4M and that employ a team of 15 people.I also assume the role of temporary CPO and CTO of the startups, orchestrating the end-to-end product development process, managing providers, and presenting innovative tech solutions to clients, users, investors, and founders.   During my time as a manager, I have led teams in engagements with clients, focusing on technology, design, product strategy, and the development of digital solutions presenting them to C-Level executives.I have supervised software development projects with tech and design teams and also played no-code, UX, digital marketing, analytics, and product management roles. In addition to developing the product, I have hired sales teams and created go-to-market strategies for SaaS products.I created a training program on no-code tools, developing a 25-hour bootcamp to empower Igeneris employees. I am especially proud of two projects:- I designed and built an API for OTAs and Airlines to sell sustainable aviation fuel managing a cross-functional team of developers, researchers, and designers for 12 months to deliver exceptional results. We also deployed the solution to the first clients- Built a marketplace for local businesses in Spain and Mexico during the COVID lockdown called Cuando Volvamos.
