Responsibilities while operating as project manager/electrical department manager (2012 to 2014):Responsible for management of a multi site CMMS implementation across the Cepac group, delegating work to a project team in various disciplines and reporting directly to a director level. Project involves removal of existing systems for purchasing, stores management, TPM scheduling and engineering work history and replacing them with one system which will allow multi site searching and analysis of data.Along side this task i also manage the electrical engineering department, issuing work to a team of 6 and managing TPM scheduling.Responsibilities while operating as electrical engineer (2007 to 2012):Responsible for breakdown & preventative maintenance on corrugated packaging machinery, these included corrugated board production & conversion machines.Responsible for the commissioning of new machinery/lines with the commissioning team.Fault finding & analysis on Siemens S5 & S7 plc's & also Allen Bradley SLC 5/500. Analysis, repair, exchange & programming of a wide range of AC/DC drives.Advanced to corrugator engineer for 12 months where i specialised in BHS corrugator maintenance prior to advancing into a project manager role.Finished product was predominately for the food industry and as such all work was carried out to strict food hygiene standards at all times.
