I attended Barbara Covarrubias Venegas keynote on DEI strategies at the Personal Manager Online Conference. A very good keynote. According to Barbara Covarrubias Venegas the importance of DEI has reached the management. Often the willingness to DEI is there, but it's the implementation of DEI that does not really work. In company’s there are often only individual measures that are not sustainable. DEI must originate and be supported by the management and be part of the business strategy to have sustainable and positive effects on the company's success.
