Paul Brydges
To Whom It May Concern, My name is Paul Brydges, and I serve as the Campus Tech Coordinator for the Campus Tech Team at Hult International Business School in Cambridge, MA. It is my pleasure to serve as a reference for Jankhana Gandhi who reported to me in the roles of Campus Technology Ambassador and Campus Technology Facilitator over the last year and a half. During this time I believe Jankhana has established herself as a key member of our team due to her leadership and her ability to serve as the face of our department and ensure users knew Campus Tech would address their concerns effectively. There are many instances where Jankhana has shown outstanding leadership ability in her roles with the Campus Tech department. As a Tech Ambassador from 2015-2016 Jankhana was a driving force on our Tech Ambassador Team. When Jankhana was on the job we knew we could be confident the Tech Ambassador team was running smoothly; she always helped provide solutions to other members of the team and guide them in how to best resolve student issues quickly and professionally. After graduation, Jankhana returned to assist me as Campus Technology Facilitator while my department experienced a staffing transition. Jankhana displayed the ability to take charge here as well both by being an independent and effective member of my team who helped reduce the pressure of our heavy workload during student orientation, and by providing guidance as a role model as she trained our 2016-2017 Tech Ambassador Team. Another quality Jankhana has brought to our team, is her ability to act as the face of Campus Tech to users and portray our department in an excellent light to our stakeholders. As a Tech Ambassador for the MIM program, Jankhana dealt with some of our most demanding faculty members who needed extensive tech support to keep classes running throughout the year. The fact that I could count on these classes to run without a hitch and without any complaints or worries from the faculty is a testament to both Jankhana's ability to resolve problems and to provide a reassuring presence to our faculty. As Campus Technology Facilitator Janhkana used these skills to help with the changes in many of our technological systems such as single sign on, printing, room booking. She helped guide our faculty and students through these major transitions in a friendly and professional manner that left them much more confident in technology at Hult. To summarize, I think Jankhana Gandhi would make an excellent addition to any team, and will bring the qualities of leadership and a positive and confident presence. It has been a pleasure to have Jankhana on my team, where she has been friendly, fun, and capable member. If you have any further questions I will be happy to discuss further at 339-368-0907 or paul.brydges@hult.edu. Thank you for your time, Paul M Brydges Campus Tech Coordinator Hult International Business School
