I had the pleasure of supervising Cale for almost a year in our Infrastructure Engineering team before I moved on from the group. Cale has a very strong work ethic and refreshingly straightforward communication style. What you see is what you get with Cale which made it easier to know exactly what he was thinking and what he expects from himself and others. He combines an expert knowledge of Linux with a quickly growing arsenal of cloud technologies to make him a force in this rapidly changing environment. Cale expects a lot of himself and delivers. His communication skills enable him to speak and present to all levels of audiences and he does not hesitate to ask for help when he known it will be quicker and more effective to rely on others' expertise. I would recommend Cale to anyone looking for growth and self-reliant hard-working people in a Linux or cloud computing team.

I've had the opportunity to work alongside Cale on a couple of occasions over the years. His vast technical skill is complimented by strong business acumen, astute tact, and a deep desire for continuous improvement. He's personable, a pleasure to work with, and is forever an advocate for a first-rate customer experience. It's rare to find folks who possess both the technical and soft skill that Cale has. With each employer we shared, Cale was a highly valued team member, and brought continued success to his roles. You could count on him to complete the task at hand, and his collaborative nature meant that your project would usually benefit as well. He is someone I seek out regularly for advice and guidance. Cale would be a treasured asset to any organization. I'd welcome the opportunity to work with Cale again in the future.

My primary duty was to coach and mentor General and Kitchen Managers. Responsible for all p&l cost centers and teaching disciplines to manage at an exceptional level. During this time, I developed an aptitude for cost reporting. I learned the visual foxpro environment and developed reporting that was customized to the needs of the business, including weekly P&L report automation. This removed the need for 2 managers to work on costing report manually, on a weekly basis, and allowed them to work core business hours on inventory day. Show less
