I make use of the CORE-10 assessment for psychological distress and also create a Personal Questionnaire (inspired by Robert Elliott) with each client for them to assess their outcome on present discomforts that they face on a day-to-day. My practice is growing with each client that reaches out to me and shares their experience with me. I use my earnings to fund my further development. Currently I am engaged in a training at the Swiss GFK Institute for person-centred counselling with a body focused way of working in order to expand my knowledge and experience in the field of body/somatic psychotherapy.
