I direct Paul Cuffee School's Technology Department, which manages and deploys instructional technology for more than 800 students and teachers in a K-12 urban public charter school spread between three locations. We support students and teachers through instruction and curriculum planning assistance. I manage three networks, Windows and Google Apps domains, and a wireless network that includes more than 50 APs. We provide timely user-centered technical support for all staff and track all support using an online ticketing system. Our department manages Chromebooks, Windows PCs, and iPads for student and staff use and manages support and training for many tools, including Skyward Student Information System and Google Apps for Education. I manage E-Rate funding and other state and federal technology grants and serve as technical advisor on our school's web and social media presence. Our department supports all three school locations in delivering RICAS testing and other computer-based assessment. Show less
