This is a program for a select group of adolescent girls who are in need of intensive and supportive intervention in order to experience success. This program provides them with assessment, stabilisation and treatment in hopes to provide transitional independence. There are 10 steps that are focused on in this specific program which include: Time Management and Hygiene, Transportation and Nutrition, Self Growth and Health and Safety, Financial Management, Purchasing and Community Resources, Self Growth and Education, Job Skills and Employment Preparation, Employment and Accommodation Searching. Duties and responsibilities include: preforming counts of youth and utensils and logging into the logbook, continuously record count of youth every 30 minutes of the shift recording where they are currently located, write a nightly report on each youth and present the report at shift change. Supervise, engage with, create recreation for youth and cook dinner/snacks for youth that are present at home. Preform missing reports if necessary if a youth does not meet curfew.
