Nikita is a hardworking individual with amazing time management skills. I went to UOIT where we both studied Forensic Psychology. Throughout our time, we had many classes together. Nikita is someone who you can depend on for organized and neat lecture notes. She was always willing to take the time if I needed any type of help or clarification on our class lectures and assignments. We had many group projects where Nikita took on the leadership role and helped the team stay organized and motivated. Throughout her academic career, Nikita exceeded in all her classes. Overall, Nikita is an organized individual with great communication, and decision making skills!

Nikita is one of the most hardworking individuals I know. She is very detailed-oriented and great at multi-tasking. I have had the pleasure of working with her personally and I really admire her work ethic. She has amazing interpersonal skills and works great with other people. She is driven and also very motivated. I am very confident that Nikita will excel in any task given to her and be successful in any employment position. I would recommend Nikita for any position. She would be a great candidate and any organization would be lucky to have her.
