  Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator. FSS helps residents in public housing seek and maintain employment, become financially literate, and move from public assistance to independence of government support. To date the Brockton FSS program has graduated 41 families to homeownership.

  Started informational campaign titled "The More You Learn, The More You Earn." Helped 65+ PHA residents become free of all forms of government assistance, including housing. Forty-three are first-time homeowners, of which only four use their HCV home-ownership vouchers. Now operating "Raising Champions," an informational campaign that aims to reduce the achievement gap for our youngest residents.
