It is my pleasure to provide a recommendation for Dena Kane. I met Dena 6 years ago at the onset of my career in Employee Relations. At that time, Dena was managing and coaching the HRBP team. She led her team by example and fostered a strong partnership between the HRBP’s and the Employee Relations department, as well as other centers of excellence. These partnerships were solid relationships built on mutual respect and collaboration. In the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure to work with Dena a bit closer. While I do not report directly to her, our ER department falls under Dena’s directorship. As a member of her Leadership team, I have seen and experienced Dena’s ability to pull out the best in people. She recognizes individual strengths and helps maximize their potential, not only for the individual, but also for the benefit of the department and company as a whole. Dena is an active listener and very interested in hearing what others have to offer. She encourages brainstorming and provides excellent insight and well thought recommendations. Dena is an experienced and accomplished HR Professional. Her can-do attitude and wealth of information makes Dena stand out as an incredible resource respected by all those fortunate to work with her. I find Dena to be very approachable. She exhibits compassion yet is direct when necessary - a perfect balance. Dena would add immense value to any organization, and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I had the pleasure of working with Dena for over five years. When I think of Dena: People Leader, Developer, Strategic Leader, and someone who is amazingly adaptable and resilient. Dena is especially talented in creating and developing high performing teams, including building strategy, a model and providing her team the resources and support for their success. Dena builds strong relationships with leadership, key stakeholders and peers to ensure she is providing the needs of the business. I am honored to recommend Dena and an organization would be so lucky to have a leader like Dena on her team. Dena is someone I would work for and I would hire in a minute!
