Merel is een leuke, gezellige, betrouwbare collega. Ze staat klaar voor een ander en loopt een tandje harder om de ander te helpen. Merel heeft een visie over hoe zij dingen ziet, maar staat ook open om de visie van een ander te horen. Als ik een wat minder dagje had, kon ik dat openlijk delen met Merel. Ze had altijd een luisterend oor. Dan pepte ze me op en zorgde ze ervoor dat we er een leuke dag van zouden gaan maken. Als er 1 collega is met wie ik graag weer zou willen samenwerken, dan is het Merel wel !!
