As a solution engineer team lead my responsibilities can be split into two key areas. I am the onboarding project lead for one of our biggest client in UK responsible for the successful implementation of the Optibus software and act as a point of escalation for all solution engineers. My day to day job involve checking in with the project manager, ensuring the solution engineers are able to proceed with their tasks and liaising with the client senior management to provide project updates.The second part of my responsibilities is to manage a team of 4 Solution Engineers ensuring their well being and career development in Optibus.

As part of my course 3rd Year Industrial Experience I worked for the R&D Productivity team in PepsiCo International. The team delivers projects aiming at optimizing the company's current processes earning significant annual savings for the Business. Roles and Responsibilities: Led projects focusing on the improvement of the company's snacks processes earning with estimated projected annual savings of $10 million. Organised and ran my own production trial runs with the aim of collecting enough samples for analysis to validate a project proposal Ran several statistical analysis on collected samples and investigated on the effect on project progress Developed a team budget tracking system and an inventory management tool using MS Excel VBA programming to make the team's project work more efficient.
