I became involved with Sarah in her capacity as Head of LSEG's well-regarded UK Academy, which she was instrumental in building to its current position, as a freelance trainer. Sarah has the rare capacity to be able to fulfill a number of the "Belbin Team Roles" at a very high level, from generating new ideas for business development (the "Plant" and "Resource Investigator") to implementing colleagues suggestions ("Implementer") and ensuring that everything is correct and runs smoothly ("Completer Finisher"). Furthermore, she is a pleasure to work with.

I have had the honour of working with Sarah and the LSEG on a number of occasions. She developed and organised courses, some of which I delivered. I also worked on course development of a two-week course with her for a LSEG client. Sarah is great to work with. Very proficient and proactive. She gets things done. She has great skills and reputation in the financial Learning and Development field.
