Csaba is the most stabile point you can rely during the programmes with any complexity. The way he manages his programmes ensures that everything is under control. All the aspect of the projects are considered and planned, in the meantime he is not lost in details but focusing on the main targets, that ensures great time management from project point of view. He is seeking the information and explanation behind the things. That makes him understand the programmes from technical perpective as well, which grants him great control. He is always a step forward. He sees through the complexity of things and that leads to the best solution in the shortest time period. He is the kind of lead who exactly knows the micro steps of the projects (both technically and from process perspective) due to his project manager past, but has the ability to focus on the big picture while managing a program. I need to highlight that he is not only leading the programme, but suggests new improvement, new service and always seeks the way to provide better quality.
