Ryan was an excellent manager for me. He was approachable, easy to talk to and great to work with. In particular he was great at helping me shape logical, strategic stories that really dug deep into a client's business and problems. I remember shaping a great pitch (which we didn't win) revising multiple slides, and Ryan taught me that each slide had to be interlinked for the story to feel cohesive. I really enjoyed my experience and time working with him and we certainly had some great pitches together. I'd recommend him if you were looking for a Strategy Director who was capable of building an all star team, and I hope to work with him again one day.
