I worked with Jay in the Ohio Library Council's Children's Services Division. Jay is a dynamic, creative, and innovative thinker. He is very knowledgeable of the current trends in youth services and is a team player through and through.

I found Jay to be a diligent student colleague during our time studying together at Asbury Theological Seminary. Jay was often sought out by fellow students who needed help with their assignments. Thusly, it is no surprise that he was well respected on campus. Jay also possessed a tactical sense of humour that enhanced his status with all but the most disconsolate individuals. At his core Jay is a good person and a "giver" to any community in which he is a part.
