I have known Madhushan for about 10 years now when we both worked at Virtusa and then at Pearson. He always has been a very friendly guy who we always reached for help for Admin related matters. One of his biggest strengths is managing multiple things simultaneously. At one time we have seen him managing most of the Admin, Travel, Health & Safety and Facilities activities at Pearson Lanka as the sole Admin manager.
