He worked his way up the Signpost ranks quickly and effectively, setting impressive records and taking names all the while. When I received the news that TJ would be moving to my team on the Franchise side of Signpost, I'll admit I was a bit nervous. Being the team favorite was not something I wanted to give up, but within hours of his new position sitting literally next to me, I understood why he had progressed so quickly in the company.
