RK Mechanical At RK Mechanical, I assisted with research, design, and implementation of a new and fully compliant HR filing systems. Chuck Latham Associates At CLA I was an HR contractor tasked with assisting with a massive employment ramp up. This included applicant tracking via iCIMS, constant applicant interaction, auditing applicant files to ensure completion, processing background requests, running and designing reports in iCIMS, and various other HR related duties. Comcast At Comcast I was a talent acquistion contractor that was the middleman between the business that had employee needs and the vendor that supplied the employees. I worked closely with the Vendor to utilize every available strategy to fulfill the demands of the business. I kept the business informed of the timeline until their jobs were filled.
