Sean is a great manager. He is always direct and professional. He is also a great team player and is willing to help others in any situation. I would be glad to work for or with Sean again in the future.

Howard Fowler

We hired Sean for a newly-created role at Swissport and Sean was very flexible in dealing with the very fluid requirements of the role. For example, Swissport was sold during Sean's early tenure and the new parent company had significantly different (and more complex) reporting requirements than the prior parent company. Sean effectively managed those new requirements, most importantly mapping the existing financial reporting structure to meet several sets of new requirements as they evolved. This was a key demonstration of Sean's flexibility, responsiveness and ability to move quickly. Sean took great ownership of the projects assigned to him and ensured they were completed quickly and correctly. Sean is very detail-oriented and is very concerned with providing reliable information to decision makers. This is a particularly helpful attribute in today's lean organizational structures. Sean is able to work independently and is able to very effectively review his work, providing a high degree of comfort about the results.
