  I co-founded and co-directed a client-focused law center that supports community efforts to protect and sustain the Pacific Northwest's natural legacy. I represented citizens, conservation groups, tribes, local governments and recreational clubs across Oregon, Washington and Alaska at all levels of the federal judicial system including the U.S. Supreme Court. Along the way, I contributed to numerous important conservation victories in landscapes like the Arctic Ocean, Salish Sea, Columbia River basin and Cascade mountains.
