It is very hard to see talent acquisition team possessing the quality of people management. Ravneet for me is such a resource who not only ensures getting right quality into the organisation, but she always ensures that the employees are well socialized into the organisation and getting the right career growth within the organisation. She always shows that ownership of making the recruits feel comfortable within their employment tenure. Her skill in understanding the role clarity before hiring is exceptional. She would spend a quality time with the hiring manager to understand in detail job specs and hits head hunting just right. Talking about the exceptional work that she had done at OYO, for OYO supply was one of the major pillars and getting the right talent who can build that supply was her obsession. She would not fill vacancies, she always filled talent. One of the first vertical based Talent Acquisition Champion, Ravneet was the top performers amongst all the TA team in the country for adding talent into the supply function. She started off as an individual performer and took up mentoring the talent acquisition team. Her managerial skills are excellent as she had all the capabilities to manage the most experienced as well the freshers. She had the skill to switch her strategy between different experience levels. She is one of the most reliable talent acquisition champion for any business head. I wish her all the best for her future endeavors.
