Within this design innovation group called D-Ford we tackle some of the most complex and challenging problems at Ford. As a team of diverse technologists we thrive on prototyping and bridging the say-do gap, as we explore new business, product and service ideas. As a leader of the practice, I spend my time guiding areas of work that span from new product creation and execution, alongside managing the diverse cohort who are part of several cross-functional product and service innovation teams.
