Michelle is an excellent HR Manager. She does an excellent job managing our payroll at ReCellular, including weekly reminders and follow-up for all salaried employees. Michelle also does an excellent job managing our temporary employee services. We have enjoyed excellent service from Manpower under this arrangement. This is a big task since they provide up to 40% of the employee population working as often as 7 days per week. Additionally Michelle supports the factory several days a week and communicates very effectively at all levels within the operations group, everything from managing the onboarding of new staff, to managing FMLA issues, to assisting with staff reductions. She is a real team player.
