End User Support Specialist
-
Nov 2005 - Nov 2009
As the End User Support Specialist I was the primary lead for implementing Systems Management Server 2003 globally. The implementation allowed us to use SMS at the help desk to assist other users globally with remote tools and through package deployment. I managed the help desk with a team of six interns and two help desk coordinators. In this position I kept abreast of evolving computer technology and made the decision on what model computers and laptops we would purchase for the North America region. I was a primary lead for the implementation of the SAP service desk for our help desk ticketing system which is still in use today.
