Working with Mathieu was a truly enriching experience. He undoubtedly is one of the best managers that I have had in my career as a marketing specialist. He is great at leading projects and people. This last point is crucial, because although many managers forget, projects are things people complete (or not) and not just plans on papers or screens. Mathieu made us all feel part of the team, carefully listened to our ideas and concerns, and helped each of us make the most of our contribution to the company. And thanks to the environment he nurtured, we were able to implement an ambitious marketing plan and accomplished many of the marketing goals. On top of that, he taught me a lot about strategic marketing planning and omnichannel marketing campaigns. He has a broad understanding of how marketing works and he is very good at presenting ideas. In conclusion, Mathieu is a real marketing expert and a great team leader, and working with him is a pleasure.
