As part of the 20 month fellowship, I worked in the Solutions Team at ShikshaLokam, an education leadership platform, creating robust digital learning/assessment solutions. Highlights- Created over 150 resources and curated over 50 courses, currently published on the platform - Co-authored and presented a paper on 'School Leadership Matters' under the EdTech Track at The Future of Learning Conference 2019 at IIM- Bangalore- Supported MSCERT - Dept. Of Mathematics in creation and publishing of their blended learning modules (held sessions to build their internal capacity)- Developed proficiency in authoring/editing tools on H5P, Sunbird, DaVinci Resolve; Vyond, VideoWiki, Storyline 360, OpenShot etc.Key roles and responsibilities:- Deconstructed and digitised courses on education leadership with focus on ID principles and adult learning theories- Drove platform adoption through strategic planning and targeted content development (0-1000 learning solutions in about a year)- Engaged in frequent interactions with domain leaders, content experts and partners to design effective learning experiences - Conducted persona mapping of education leaders to support Lx and products team in improving user experience as well as to identify use-cases - Engaged in periodic prototyping + usability testing to close feedback loops on content and product features- Created product guides, process documents, and templates that are reusable and share-able within the ecosystem- Analysed data dashboards and user feedback to inform decisions on translation + content strategies; and product improvement- Supported partners in understanding content needs, strategising content and translation, as well as co-created solutions- Facilitated sessions on Instructional design; digital content creation; facilitation skills, persona mapping etc., within the organization, with knowledge and implementation partners as well as with administrative/instructional leaders such as MSCERT.

Social Media Marketing

Extensive social media campaigning for the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) for the Assembly Elections of 2013.- Managed the Facebook content of various eminent personalities of the KPCC as well as the KPCC page. - Created content for various prints and billboards.- Continually monitored social media pages to ensure content is correct and updated- Participated in online debates and discussions for the KPCC, intervened incase if any crisis on social media platforms and effectively managed the same*This role was taken up with a view to build my professional skills and expand my network; it does not indicate personal political leanings or associations.
