It was a pleasure working with Rosana during our common time at Campana & Schott. I had the opportunity to engage with her on both external, client oriented work, as well as internal initiatives. On all occasions she impressed me with her professionalism, her flexibility in adapting to changing requirements, demands and the ingenuity coming up with great input and deliverables for the goals to be achieved. Rosana has been inquisitive, highly interested in understanding her counterparts and adapting to the situation at hand. With her extensive repertoire of tools and methodology combined with her social skills she was not only able to read the room but lead it accordingly. In challenging situations the showed resilience and reflected on possible approaches and different angles to achieve the best possible outcome. During our joint work she was able to mature my understanding of the agile mindset and how this can and needs to be implemented in organizations. Her profound understanding of the various dimensions in which agility needs to be looked at and driven to come to success and the different stages of maturity companies go through while introducing agility to their teams and structures allows to articulate the necessary paths forward. Should the opportunity come up, I would be more than happy to work with her again.
