Dana and I held contract positions within National Grid’s Customer Order Fulfillment (COF) organization in Waltham, MA. Dana’s role was to support the COF Representatives with billing issues associated Customer Work Requests. Using PeopleSoft he supported the Representatives by preparing invoices, issuing credits, reviewing the status of invoices, addressing Customer inquiries and if required, engaging Accounts Payable/Receivable. As a COF Representative, I believe Dana's efficiency with PeopleSoft, attention to detail and willingness to help proved a great asset to the organization, helped expedite the process and that these skills will help support the success of any organization.

We hired Dana as a contractor in January of 2010 to provide stability to a new organization in our company (Customer Order Fulfillment). As a centralized project management group for our company's customer requested electric service construction projects, Dana was quick to grasp the emerging concepts of the organization and provide immediate value to its success. His support and capability eventually led to our decision to have Dana process all of the organization's construction billing, covering an invoicing volume well over $10 million in less than a year. His contributions and work ethic have been exceptional. Unfortunately, due to internal staffing reductions we were required to discontinue Dana's contracted support. We thank Dana's for his excellent work and provide the highest recommendation for any future endeavor he may pursue.
