I've had the pleasure and opportunity to witness Royce's work in many different settings. In each setting Royce has displayed a deep level of care and respect for the individual, he's displayed the ability to effectively and positively contribute to the team as well as obtain the information necessary to achieve the needed outcome. Royce also proactively seeks opportunities to increase throughput within his group and effectively delivers on each assignment within his responsibility assuring the end product is of the utmost quality. He is a detail oriented individual that doesn't lose sight of the big picture. He is also pleasant to work with and is a viable asset to any organization. Given the opportunity I would definitely work with Royce again in any format.
