I worked alongside Michael at Saudi Aramco from September 2013 to October 2015. He was always an extremely supportive colleague. He often provided me with a wide range of useful tips on how to deal with difficult classes, as he was exceptionally talented at building a constructive rapport with all students. I was extremely grateful for his patient and professional advice.
