Matt has always been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and shows initiative and drive. His Team first mentality was an asset to our team. Always made himself available to answer questions for his fellow support staff. Matt showed great skills in diagnosing and working on our most complex and difficult issues. Matt showed himself to be a team leader. His SQL abilities was a plus to his position. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Matt as a key member of our team.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt for several years at Upland. I was the system administrator for our Time, Expense and Billing system. Matt was working with the Enterprise IT team. The environment was challenging - our organization was actively acquiring companies, which led to frequent changes and onboarding for all of our systems. Matt is a problem solver, a fast mover, and a team player. Often, members of the EIT team would raise issues or requests. When an issue came through Matt, he took instant ownership. I knew that when Matt contacted me with an issue, he had already taken steps to propose a solution. When Matt was on a case, I knew that we were already one step closer to a solution. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Matt. We will miss him terribly and wish him the best of luck in all of his future pursuits.
