I had the pleasure of working with Matt for several years at Upland. I was the system administrator for our Time, Expense and Billing system. Matt was working with the Enterprise IT team. The environment was challenging - our organization was actively acquiring companies, which led to frequent changes and onboarding for all of our systems. Matt is a problem solver, a fast mover, and a team player. Often, members of the EIT team would raise issues or requests. When an issue came through Matt, he took instant ownership. I knew that when Matt contacted me with an issue, he had already taken steps to propose a solution. When Matt was on a case, I knew that we were already one step closer to a solution. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Matt. We will miss him terribly and wish him the best of luck in all of his future pursuits.
