I've known Murali since I joined Uninor as PMO and now for 6 years. Initially we used to be on different sides of the table chasing for setting up the distribution network for Uninor launch and later worked together in the same group drivings the business KPI's. Having worked so closely I got to see the excellent knowlegde Murali brings on the FMCG sales & distribution side, his analytical skills, strategic planning, forecasting ability and to set clear distribution bench marks which set the early foundation of Uninor success in AP circle. He was responsible for launching the Uninor blue championship zonal award to further the competitive spirit among different zones which helped in further improving the distribution KPI's of AP circle.
