      I was hired by MorphoSys to establish sales, marketing, and operations for a new business unit and generated sales of €1.4 Million in the first year of business. At the time I left, I managed a global marketing team of 12 people located in Oxford (UK), Munich and Düsseldorf (Germany), and Raleigh, NC (USA). 2006 – 2010 GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGEMENT, Integrated Serotec UK and USA (acquired January 2006) into the existing organization and consistently grew revenues faster than market to over €20 Million . Restructured and refocused marketing operations at Serotec UK to achieve increased output at 50% lower cost Introduced new financial tools to provide better control of marketing expenses, timely reporting, and local budget accountability. 2005 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SALES & MARKETING, OPERATIONAL INTEGRATION Integrated Biogenesis UK and USA (acquired January 2005) into the Munich organization & grew combined business faster than market to achieve revenue of €4.3 Million in 2005.
