Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor—but I did when I worked for Amilia. I had the pleasure of working with her for about two years; a time in which her organizational skills and efficiency were put to the test with several software updates in the company. Without being asked, she monitored software bugs and was diligent in recording their frequency and condition to assist other members of the team. I was particularly impressed by Amilia's ability to handle even the toughest barriers to productivity—effortlessly. That skill often takes years to develop among management professionals, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to her. Oh... And she brought us breakfast tacos in the morning. Now that's what I call motivation! As a team member or a leader, Amilia earns my highest recommendation.
