  Through my experience in the Tennessee Army National Guard, I have learned several life experiences. I have received two promotions due to increasing recruitment in my unit. I am also the youngest individual in my detachment holding the rank of Sergeant. My roles and responsibilities include: I Support and implement the Regimental Commander's fires plan. I Prepare detailed classes and present them to entire platoons. I am in charge of operating and maintaining machinery worth up to $3.2 million.
