  This work is the continuation of the work of junior estimator. I estimate the cost price of public and private projects (housing, hotels, offices, malls, schools,…) and also establish the administrative part of the tender/bid.

  This work consists on the study of tender/bidding projects. I divide the documents into parts for the subcontractors. I am their person of contact for any general questions. Once they send their price offers, I compare these with the prices of the tender engineer to be able to prepare the best price.I also measure the quantities from the plans to verify the bills of quantities.I learn the job of estimator in a construction company by pricing and elaborating bids.

  I helped with the accreditation of two road tests (determination of the flatness and roughness of road surfaces) according to the standard EN ISO 17025. I also analysed some test results to obtain criteria for the tests repeatability and reproductibility and worked alongside technicians to calibrate instruments and perform tests.
