He always encouraged even his strongest and most productive managers to dig deeper and push further for better personal and professional results. I truly appreciated (and very much miss !) his mentor-ship. He always made it a point to recognize positive achievements while still setting expectations for even greater heights. Although his expectations were high for his team, he never asked anything of a colleague that he was not prepared to do himself. His support, leadership, friendship and vision is still very much missed by his former team//family today.
